Going from partners to parents is one of the most profound life transitions you'll ever go through—and you're doing it while sleep-deprived, learning an entirely new set of skills from scratch, and navigating a relationship that's quietly changing underneath you. Even the strongest, most communicative couples get caught off guard.
The Onboarding includes three-sessions of couples coaching designed to get you ahead of the patterns that trip most couples up—before resentment has a chance to build.
We work through three of the most important territories of early parenthood:
The identity shifts. Parenthood doesn't just add a new role to your life—it reshuffles everything. We'll help you understand the identity shifts happening for each of you, how they differ, and build the foundation for a partnership that holds both of you through it.
The learning curve. You're both brand new at this. How you each handle ambiguity, hard decisions, and the steep climb of early parenthood matters—and where your styles clash, or unexpectedly shift, is where most of the friction quietly starts.
The work and rest of family life. Who does what, who owns what, and who actually gets to rest. We'll help you design a system that's visible, fair, and built before you're too depleted to negotiate.
Each session is 75 minutes, delivered via Zoom, and structured around your actual dynamic. You'll leave with shared language, practical frameworks, and a plan that's yours.
The goal isn't just to survive the fourth trimester. It's to come out the other side as co-parents who love each other even more deeply than ever.
-
The ideal time is at the beginning of the third trimester—after your birth preferences are in place, but before you're fully in the home stretch. That way, your mental and emotional energy can shift toward preparing for life after birth.
-
We’ll work around your availability. Most couples schedule their sessions about 1–2 weeks apart to allow time for reflection and conversation in between.
-
We’ll explore breastfeeding because it’s a big part of how the postpartum period is often experienced and discussed. But your feeding choices are your own, and we’ll always center what feels right for your family. Whether you’re all in, uncertain, or planning to formula-feed, you’re in the right place.
-
The full cost of the experience is $850.
This includes three 75-minute private coaching sessions that blend expert guidance, thought-provoking exercises, and real-time conversations to help you get aligned around the parts of early parenthood that often go unspoken.
Also included:
→ 6 months of studio access — complimentary access to Wild Woman Studios live and recorded sessions, beginning on the date of your first session
→ Session materials — any worksheets, frameworks, or resources shared during our work together -
Yes. This experience is designed specifically for couples. The insights, planning, and conversations are most powerful when both partners are actively involved.

Please check out Flow State. This is for women who are eager to bring The Onboarding work into their relationship — even if their partner’s schedule doesn’t allow them to join yet. It is a cohort-based, group experience where you'll learn the same frameworks from The Onboarding, reflect on your own transformation, and receive guided conversation tools to bring your partner along the journey.
